How SocialBlast keeps both sides safe
The buyer's money waits in escrow. The seller is paid only after the buyer has what they paid for and the protection period has passed.
Automated delivery
For licence keys, access codes and other items sold by the unit.
Choose a quantity and pay
Bigger quantities can unlock a lower price per unit.
Payment is verified by our servers
Only a confirmed payment from the gateway starts delivery.
Your units arrive instantly
They are reserved for you alone and appear in the encrypted vault on your order.
Check them during protection
If something does not work, open a dispute before the protection period ends.
Manual delivery
For websites, apps, domains and services handed over by the seller.
Pay into escrow
The seller sees the order is funded and starts work.
Meet in the deal room
Chat, share files and follow the order status in one private room.
Receive secrets in the vault
Logins and transfer codes go into the encrypted vault, not the chat.
Accept, ask for more, or dispute
If you do nothing, the order completes by itself after 3 days.
Buyer protection and the seller's security hold
In escrow
From payment until delivery (and acceptance, for manual orders) the money is held by SocialBlast.
5-day security hold
After delivery the seller's earnings wait 5 days by default. During this time the buyer can still open a dispute.
Available to withdraw
When the hold ends without a dispute, the money becomes withdrawable. Sellers see the exact date on every order.
Hold lengths are set by the marketplace and can differ by category or seller history. The date shown on your order is the one that applies.
When something goes wrong
Open a dispute
From the order page, before the protection period ends. The seller's money for that order freezes immediately.
Both sides add evidence
Screenshots, files and notes. The chat history and vault access log are part of the case.
An admin decides
A dispute does not mean the buyer wins. We review the evidence and refund, release, or split the payment.
