Refund policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

Your payment stays in escrow until the order is settled, so a refund comes from money SocialBlast still holds, not from the seller's pocket.

  1. 1. When you are refunded in full

    • You cancel a manual order before the seller starts working on it.
    • The seller declines or cancels your order.
    • The item sold out before your payment arrived.
    • A dispute is decided in your favour.
  2. 2. When a dispute is needed

If what you received is not as described, does not work, or never arrived, open a dispute from the order page while the funds are in escrow or on hold. The money is frozen until our team decides. We may refund you in full, release the payment to the seller, or split it when part of the order was delivered.

  3. 3. When refunds are not possible

After you accept a delivery and the security hold has ended, the money has been paid to the seller and the order can no longer be disputed. Check automated deliveries as soon as they arrive.

  4. 4. How refunds are paid

Card and wallet payments are returned to the original method; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Crypto payments are returned in the same coin to the refund address you gave at checkout, or to one you confirm with support. The amount is the dollar value paid, converted at the rate on the day of the refund. Network fees for the return transfer are covered by SocialBlast.

  5. 5. Fees

A full refund includes the marketplace and processing fees you paid. In a split decision, fees are kept and the refunded share comes from the seller's portion.

  6. 6. Questions

Write to [email protected] with your order number.
