These terms govern your use of SocialBlast, a marketplace where independent sellers offer digital assets to buyers and SocialBlast holds each payment in escrow until the order is settled. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for everything done with your account, so keep your password private and turn on two-step sign-in.
Sellers may be asked to verify their identity before they list certain goods or withdraw earnings.
2. What may be sold
Only goods the seller owns and may legally transfer: websites, domains, software businesses, apps, source code, templates, plugins, licence keys, course access and digital services.
Stolen or hacked accounts, credentials that belong to someone else, counterfeit licences, fake followers or engagement, personal data, and anything illegal where the buyer or seller lives are not allowed. We remove such listings and may close the account.
3. Orders and escrow
When you pay, the money is held by SocialBlast, not sent to the seller. Automated orders are delivered to the buyer's secure vault the moment payment is confirmed. Manual orders are handed over in a private deal room.
A delivered order completes when the buyer accepts it, or automatically after the review period shown on the order if the buyer does not respond.
4. Security hold and withdrawals
After delivery a seller's earnings wait for a security hold (five days by default; the exact date is shown on each order). During the hold the buyer can still open a dispute. When it ends without a dispute, the money becomes available to withdraw, less the fees shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
5. Disputes
A buyer can open a dispute while the funds are in escrow or on hold. The money for that order is frozen until our team decides. Both sides may add evidence; the chat history and vault access log form part of the case. We may refund the buyer, release the payment to the seller, or split it. Our decision on the funds held is final.
6. Fees
Buyers pay a marketplace fee and a processing fee, shown at checkout before payment. Sellers may pay a commission, shown when they list. Withdrawal fees are shown before a withdrawal is requested.
7. Payments in crypto
Crypto payments go to SocialBlast's own wallets. Send the exact coin on the exact network shown; coins sent on another network or to another address cannot be recovered. An order is funded only after we confirm the transfer on the blockchain.
8. Conduct
Keep payments inside SocialBlast. Asking to be paid outside escrow, sharing contact details to avoid fees, misleading descriptions and abusive messages lead to suspension.
9. Liability
Sellers are responsible for what they sell. SocialBlast provides the marketplace, escrow and dispute process but does not own or guarantee the goods listed. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount held for it.
